I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. My goal is to help you feel better, gain self esteem and confidence. When working together, we will explore and understand your personal goals for therapy. With over twenty five years of experience, I still learn and grow from my patients. My success is your success when the pieces of the puzzle come together. Although I am compassionate and understanding, I challenge my patients so they can learn from their own behavior. I am currently available for Telehealth appointments Monday - Friday.
